Recent Readings & Appearances of M.T.

I had the opportunity to present my poem “The Cowgirl” from my new book at a recent meeting of the South Florida Women’s National Book Association on May 7, 2023, in Delray Beach, Florida.  It was a fun time, with presentations from several other authors.  You might notice from the name tag that I initially went under my “real” name — but then reintroduced myself, and explained I did all my western stories as “Marshal T. Justice”.   I then pulled a cowboy hat out of a bag,  put it on my head, and started the poem.  The crowd loved it, and I had a ball doing it.   You might notice the usual “stash” is missing – and will be in the future as the darn thing  caused some really bad and  irritating skin issues.  So much for being a Sam Elliot wanna be!  Damn!
